Giving For Everyone – The Parish Giving Scheme (PGS)

The Parish Giving Scheme is the Church of England’s preferred method of planned giving, providing donors with a safe and secure method of contributing to the Church’s ministry whether you go to Church or not.  It’s simple to use and it’s an easy way to help support your local church.

Donors can give freely on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis using direct debit and whatever is donated, 100% goes directly to your local Church plus up to 25% in Gift Aid relief.

Donors can set up regular giving either online via www.parishgiving.org.uk, by phone 0333 002 1271 or by post using a paper gift form which can be obtained from St Edmunds PCC.

Each gift is collected on the 1st of each month, there are no donor fees and access to your account is 24/7 so donors are in full control.  If circumstances change you can always opt out at any time and if you would prefer to remain anonymous you can.

However you donate, whatever you donate, your gift really does help make a difference to the Church’s ministry and maintenance of St Edmund’s Church.
